TradeMe IOS and Desktop Glitch (please fix asap)

Hello Patrick. That's quite a list. For some of these you didn't mention if the problem is on Desktop or App. There are differences between the 2 systems. For any issues you come across, the best way to send them through to Trade Me is to use the "tell us what you think" link on the page you have the problem. This will ensure they can assign the issue to the page where it occurred.
1. Can't send FPO. A known issue that Trade Me are working on fixing.
2. Can't turn on Make an Offer. Was a known issue but apparently is now working for some items on some systems. Is this problem on the Desktop or App?
3. I haven't heard of the duller photos issue. Perhaps you could add some screenshots to show what you mean?
4. Where are you seeing the photo order problem? Do you mean on the listing itself? Or on your My Photos link? App or desktop?
5. For me on iOS I can see the buyer name and star rating on both answered and unanswered questions. (iOS version 208.0 (19372)
6. Listing not going to lost. Another known issue that Trade Me are working on fixing.

4) If i edit the listing (not the photos) to change something ie text and then see it uploaded to the public. On the app.
5) i can only see the profile picture. Its annoying because if 3 people ask questions and non of them have added a personalised profile picture then i don’t know who is who. On the app.Thank you for your help

I’m having same issues as described by Patrick and they only come on in last few days
Notifications there is none they all gone , only way I know if someone asks questions is if I check my email
There none in trade me app either
Also in questions I can’t see who is asking questionThanks Brian

Hi Brian,
I completely deleted the IOS app and then re downloaded it. It seems to have fixed the notifications issue.

Same issues here.
Please fix, I’ve missed out on multiple auctions recently.
1. Cannot Make an Offer - Error Code
2. No email reminders 12 hours or 1 hour before close of Auction.
3. Nothing appearing in LOST category after Auction has annoying ended without my knowledge. I have to search through Expired Listings to see any info of how much it went for..
Having to override the app and use an alarm clock and hope nobody outbids me…FRUSTRATING.

Kia ora H, sorry this sounds really frustrating. You haven't mentioned how you're accessing Trade Me, whether by desktop, iOS or Android app. There is a known issue with listings not showing in My Trade Me folders. There is also a known issue with the Android app where notifications settings are reverting to 'none', even when you reset them, they can revert back. If this is not what's happening for you, try the tips on the App and site troubleshooting help page. Same here! This is very frustrating. I’m accessing it on iPhone app and have been for years. Why has this started now?

Nothing has changed they have updated there systems and everything that worked and worked well has disappeared, just for there fyi it’s same on iOS or laptop
