I do not receive Trade me listings anymore
I received a trade me email that went in to my spam box when i clicked not spam button i have no Trade me listings going in to my in box now. This has happened before to me. Please can you sort this from your end like you have done before. This is the 3 rd requst i have sent trade me but seems to be falling on deaf hears. Very frustating indeed....

Wouldn't this be something you can fix at your end, rather than Trade Me?
It will depend on which email client you are using but you might need to "whitelist" the Trade Me email addresses.

Are you receiving further TradeMe emails into your spam folder Or are you no longer receiving any TradeMe emails?
If all of your TradeMe emails are going into your spam folder you will have to un-filter them in your email program.
If you are no longer receiving any TradeMe emails you will want to contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance in removing an 'Exception' which may have been placed on your TradeMe emails.
I have had all TradeMe emails being received into my spam folder previously, removing the filters from my email program was successful in receiving them back into my email program inbox - Cheers.

Hi There,
Since i removed one trade me email from my spam box which i clicked on the not spam button.I have had no emails from trade me going in to my spam now and no emails going into my in box. The only emails i now have received from trade me that go in to my in box are Trade me jobs and trade me get ready for road trip.I do not receive any trade me emails from Favorite searchers etc..
The last time i had this problem was 08 July 2023, got in touch with someone from Trade Me who corrected this by looking at Trade Me system as per below from my archive that I had saved for future issues

Sorry that you're having trouble getting emails from us. I've had a look and our system stopped emailing you because our emails were marked as spam in your inbox.
No worries though, I've cleared this for you so the emails should start coming through. I'd also recommend adding the following emails to your safe sender list:
If you still have issues, you may need to look at changing the email address on your account.

S Community SuperuserKia Ora MR T,That definitely sounds like an 'exception' may have been put on your account again, preventing these emails coming through, - you can check the latest up to date TradeMe address's to place in your whitelist through the Link Callum has provided you above.If your whitelist is up to date the fastest way to gain assistance is by contacting TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" to remove any exception blocks the system may have applied.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmIf you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page, the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened - person - and you are taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.- Cheers.0

You are in the Community Forum which is a place for Members to help each other out in navigating the TradeMe system, offering Tips & workarounds - We aren't TradeMe staff therefore we don't have access to the tools to check or change anything on other Members accounts.
As above, the fastest way to gain assistance is by contacting TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" - I don't know how you have sent them a message, Live Chat is a session with a Real person then & there who could potentially fix your problem in receiving emails rather waiting for a message to be answered. - Cheers.
