Not getting Trade Me emails

Trouble getting Trade Me emails? Try these solutions to make sure our emails make it to your inbox.
Look in junk or spam
If you aren’t seeing Trade Me emails arrive in your regular inbox, make sure to check your junk or spam folders.
If you find a Trade Me email there, mark it as ‘Not spam’ or ‘Not junk’. This teaches your email provider to put our emails in your main inbox next time.

- Outlook: Label a message as "junk" or "not junk"
- Yahoo Mail: Manage spam and mailing lists in New Yahoo Mail
Add Trade Me to your contacts or safe senders list
To make sure our emails always reach you, add our email addresses to your contacts or safe senders list. This tells your email provider that you trust emails from us.
- Gmail: Add or move contacts
- Outlook: Add recipients to the Safe Senders List in Outlook
- Yahoo Mail: Add, edit, or delete contacts in Yahoo Mail

Double check your email on Trade Me
To view your email address in Trade Me on the new-look site:
1. Go to My Trade Me.
2. View your email address under ‘Account details’.
To view your email address on the iOS app:
1. Go to My Trade Me.
2. Select profile-framed Profile & Account.
3. Select My details.
To view your email address on the Android app:
1. Go to My Trade Me.
2. Select profile-framed Profile & Account.
3. Select My details.
