Issue: What you are experiencing is completely normal New Look functionality. On completion of auctions for many listings the information about them disappears. Including bids, auction win price, questions, details about the listing, visibility in the lost list is often not working, they also can have failure to show in the won list correctly. More bugs are present for listings with the new reference numbers e.g. KP-xxxxx, KL-xxxxx etc instead of the Pxxxxxx format ones as these new listings are not connected properly with the service calls & data structures of the older listings and the information is not loaded fully for them in many pages.

Fix: If you are lucky you can return to the desktop functionality on some pages but for more complete trademe functionality I would recommend using bidbud.co.nz (as much of the New Look changes are stripping out key information) however trademe will still have errors with its information display for many listings with the New Look changes as these are rolled out with no integration or user testing. KP-xxxxx reference listings will be broken no matter what for some time and so you will need to get trader contact details before a sale completes or after to inquire about the missing information. The times and operating information on the client side of the sites will vary depending on the device being used, memory, and client side code querks.

Comment of empathy with your position: After all it can be hard to have trust in a site or listings when information keeps disappearing or is disjointed and incorrect, and even lost list information is as important as won list information for informing users of auction results.

I do not have the new look, I am still on the old desk top,
And do use bidbud as a watcher.
And my Products for listing, I do not use the apps either,
so everything is fine for me,
Only saw that on an auction I was watching, not interested in buying,
