Hello flossy63, Issue: What you are experiencing is completely normal New Look functionality. On completion of auctions for many listings the information about them disappears. Including bids, auction win price, questions, details about the listing, visibility in the lost list is often not working, they also can have failure to show in the won list correctly. It is sad that there clearly was no user testing and no basic testing of the New Look style and they are in direct breach of the Fair Trading Act by hiding and removing information from the view of buyers. No that is not the total price paid and it is not the price paid for the items. By charging those prices trademe is overcharging users intentionally and by listing those prices instead of the true win price it is intentionally deceiving users as those are not the item costs and are not the costs for the order (the shipping was a completely different price not equivalent to those you have listed). Hi Callum, Sorry no, those are not the correct costs. The totals of the item price are 8 & 25 but the shipping is not. So the item won cost is incorrect in the list and the shipping cost (which is a separate charge and not representative of the cost for an individual item) is also incorrect. So the New Look style makes it look like the auction completed at the won price of 14.9 & 32 which is incorrect as that is not the price of the items brought. Hello Bernie, TradeMe has messed up the size, and much of the image information so they cut critical amounts of details off and cannot be viewed properly. Also often the images will not be added to a listing correctly either. TradeMe staff often try to gaslight users and refuse to fix these major image issues e.g. in a lot with lots of small items the New Look edits will remove many of the items being sold so users cannot see them and think lots are much smaller or that the seller is purposely trying to hide details (which as a person who takes detailed item images for others is frustrating...

Every company site & service has a production environment but some are smart enough to have a staging and test environments as well. It seems TradeMe are abusing its customer base by making us all alpha testers of broken code changes (something that should still come after varied user testing & a suite of deployment & functionality tests).
