    I have sold 5 items to a buyer on 30/12/23 at 8:14pm and emailed at 10:23am the following morning (Saturday) to organise payment and pickup. I received an email later that day (4.04pm) from her asking for suitable time to pick up. I responded saying I have already emailed through the pick up address etc and asked her to check her emails.  I have since received a couple more emails from her. She hasnt paid for the items. I emailed her my cell no tonight, but doubt that she will get that email either, as they are probably going into her junk folder. She uses a yahoo.com account.  I cant get h...

    Hi again,  I checked the options available for shipping when creating a new listing, but there is nowhere you can pre-select NZ Post or Aramex, it gives only "Calculate best courier price cost", see below screen snip.  So back to original issue. How do I quote costs for NZ Post courier?

    Something has obviously changed, because choosing the best price option gave you the best price for each courier, now its opting to show you only the single best price across all couriers. Didnt realise you could just choose NZ Post, so will do that in future, thanks for the suggestion.  Are you employed by Trade Me as I see you answer most posts?

    Hi Gary, have removed contact detaisl from post, thanks. I dont have an issue when booking a courier post sale, only when creating a listing.  It means I cannot provide buyers with an accurate estimate of the courier fees for NZ Post which is an issue as many buyers these days hit Buy Now and pay for the item including courier fees in one go.  It also means that if I am forced to list the Aramex costs when listing and the buyer pays up front for the item incl courier, then if I book the NZ Post courier, I am losing dollars on every transaction as NZ Post is always dearer.     I raised this issue last week and no-one has looked into it or contacted me to fix it. Why is it so hard to get in touch with anyone at Trade Me about issues with their website?  Would appreciate someone from trade me getting in touch.

    It would be really helpful if Trade Me added an explanation of how to list somethign as a $1 Reserve in teh email advertising for the special fees or as a topic under Help. I want to create several today to take advantage of the reduced fees offer, and was looking for a $1 Reserve category, but there wasn't one.  Yet, there is a $1 Reserve search listed under Stores in the Browse.   I am guessing if you list and item for $1 with $1 reserve that would work?
