No NZ Post courier option when choosing BAG instead of BOX

Amanda, you should edit your post to remove your contact details as it's not allowed to do that on here. Are you saying that to the same address you are not getting an NZ post option when using a bag, but if you try and book to the same address using a box you do? Quite often NZ Post doesn't show when Aramex does due to their address checker not being quite as finicky as NZ Posts. If NZ Post don't recognise the address accurately, they simply don't show anything, but luckliy this can be overcome by manually putting address in.

Or, is this like you mentioned in your other post that the option isn't coming up when creating the listing?

Hi Gary, have removed contact detaisl from post, thanks. I dont have an issue when booking a courier post sale, only when creating a listing.  It means I cannot provide buyers with an accurate estimate of the courier fees for NZ Post which is an issue as many buyers these days hit Buy Now and pay for the item including courier fees in one go.  It also means that if I am forced to list the Aramex costs when listing and the buyer pays up front for the item incl courier, then if I book the NZ Post courier, I am losing dollars on every transaction as NZ Post is always dearer. Ok, understand. Yes, I get the same as you. If I choose Best price from the dropdown list, I get shown Aramex only, so only way for me to show NZ Post is to choose it from the dropdown list. Maybe you could choose NZ Post from the dropdown, but mention in the listings... I generally use NZ Post couriers and this is what shipping estimate shown is for, however, I can use Aramex if you prefer, which may be slightly cheaper.

Only real way that I can see to show both would be to list using My Products and set up a template for it.

Something has obviously changed, because choosing the best price option gave you the best price for each courier, now its opting to show you only the single best price across all couriers. Didnt realise you could just choose NZ Post, so will do that in future, thanks for the suggestion.  Are you employed by Trade Me as I see you answer most posts?

Hi again,  I checked the options available for shipping when creating a new listing, but there is nowhere you can pre-select NZ Post or Aramex, it gives only "Calculate best courier price cost", see below screen snip.  So back to original issue. How do I quote costs for NZ Post courier?

Click the More Options + symbol and it will appear :)
