Buyer not receiving my emails
AnsweredI have sold 5 items to a buyer on 30/12/23 at 8:14pm and emailed at 10:23am the following morning (Saturday) to organise payment and pickup. I received an email later that day (4.04pm) from her asking for suitable time to pick up. I responded saying I have already emailed through the pick up address etc and asked her to check her emails. I have since received a couple more emails from her. She hasnt paid for the items. I emailed her my cell no tonight, but doubt that she will get that email either, as they are probably going into her junk folder. She uses a yahoo.com account. I cant get hold of Trade Me for help tonight as the help widget finishes at 6.30pm I believe. What is the quickest way to get help from Trade Me to contact this buyer?

I would place Feedback asking your Buyer to check their spam/junk folder as you have sent several emails now and are keen to have the Trades completed Otherwise you will have to Relist the items.
You know your emails are being received in some folder the Buyer has as they aren't being bounced back to you However there is also the possibility your Feedback may go into that same folder your emails are.
The "Live Chat" manned hours weekdays are 9:30am - 5:pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmOutside of these hours you can leave an Afterhours message for staff to pick up on their return in the morning - Unfortunately their is no quick alternate way to reach Staff.All the Best - Cheers.1
