I am trying to delete or edit feedback I placed after I received faulty goods. Seller has replaced item so I would like to either delete or edit the feedback I placed as per the seller's request. Current help page is not working. If I simply delete the item from my 'won' list will that also delete the feedback? I think not, but there seems no way to change or delete it.
I accepted an offer on 9th March and have sent 2 emails - both ignored. I have left negative feedback and now need to request a refund of fees. However, I can't find out how to do this with things changed. Is request a refund currently available?
A buyer has asked for cost of combined shipping for 5 items in her cart. How do I see what is in her cart? Spent hours looking for this. I can't tell size of items so how can I quote? She asked on small item (fits in A4 envelope) but there could be large items in the cart. Also, could this be from multiple sellers? Always happy to combine shipping but surely there is somewhere that I can see what items she wants to buy? When I try to search 'selling via cart', etc Help comes up with 'car'. So frustrating as I don't like to delay sales and asking buyer what is in her cart makes me fee...
Thanks to TM for sorting shipping problem out promptly. Still another problem though. Can't edit listing to add buy now to meet an offer from prospective buyer (found this offer via email). As I originally listed the 4 items, one after the other, at the same time I think this will persist until end of auction. I will bring all these forward to end tomorrow and start afresh. Hopefully that will solve the problem.

This morning,I have found listing titles, categories and shipping costs all turning out weird. Not as I listed them at all - just gobbley gook! Buyers saying they can't understand shipping costs. Cannot edit them either. I tried to edit an item that had no views (to change category) - turned out there are 10 watchers. Anyone else found this problem? No notifications either but with questions regarding this glitch I have to go through every one to find any questions.
