Can't find a way to request a refund

I accepted an offer on 9th March and have sent 2 emails - both ignored. I have left negative feedback and now need to request a refund of fees. However, I can't find out how to do this with things changed. Is request a refund currently available?

Hello Beryl. If your sale had a reference number starting with KP you may need to contact Trade Me directly to initiate the refund. You can do that at the Live Chat portal and typing "talk to a person"
Otherwise, and assuming your trade ended less than 45 days ago, you can initiate the fee refund yourself directly from the closed auction page.
