Yes, My Products is for In Trade sellers, no good for casual sellers
If I relist an item or sell a similar item that was originally on the old template, it changes to the new one that won't let you add a combined shipping option.
The app is up to date. I have an android phone, also up to date, but I don't see how the problem could be with android or the app since I have been able to add listings from other sellers to my wants list, just not the one selling weetbix cards.

Add to watchlist is usually under "Other options" in the app but there is only one option - "Report this listing". The issue is only with the app. If I go to the desktop Trade Me, I can add the item to my watchlist as usual. Seems to be the same issue with all listings from the same seller. Not sure about other sellers.

I have ticked the box in the settings for emails to be sent 1 hour before auctions close in my watchlist. I have been receiving them okay for years but they stopped a week or two ago. I haven't changed any other Trade Me settings. They do not go to my spam folder. I receive other Trade Me emails okay. Any ideas?
I sent a reminder email to the original buyer after 5 days. After another 4 days, I still hadn't heard from the buyer so requested a success fee refund and sent out the offer. It appears that the buyer paid as soon as they received the email from Trade Me. I didn't expect them to pay since they didn't reply to my email or the Trade Me payment instructions but I guess I should have waited before sending out the offer. I sold an item to a buyer who did not contact me. I applied for a success fees refund and offered the item to watchers. A watcher accepted my offer and paid by Ping. I saw that the original buyer also paid by ping only a few hours earlier. How can Trade Me allow two people to buy one item? I can refund ping fees but fingers crossed that I don't get into an argument over who won the item!
@ L The original listings was for less than 7 days and my attempt to add a combined postage option was the first edit attempted. Every item listed for less than 7 days results in the same problem when the seller edits the listing. Trade Me extends the length to 7 days by default and the seller has to change the duration. What gives Trade Me the right to change the duration of a sellers listing and the seller not being able to correct it? Whether or not bids have been placed has no relevance in this case. You're right that it has been going on for a long time. Time it got fixed!
