Hi Alistair have you heard of BidBud it has a feature where blacklisted members are not shown in your search results refer below "Blacklisted members not shown in search Blacklisted members are not shown in search results. If a category is overrun by a few large sellers that you don't want to see, just blacklist them and you won't be bothered by their listings any more. This also means you won't be distracted by listings from people you don't want to deal with.Note: You have to add them on BidBud for this to work. Hi Grant your best option would be to use the Live Chat option which will allow you to talk directly with a actual person from Trade Me Customer Support just click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page or click on the link I have added below wait a few seconds and a blue circle will appear bottom right of the screen click on that and the Trade Me Support Bot Tautoko will appear to quickly talk with a person rather than going through the list of automated Bot responses type in the message box “talk to a person” you will then be required to enter a few personal details after which ...

Hi Steven I don’t believe Trade Me has an option to restrict buyers based on their feedback rating I know you can do this if you are using BidBud to manage your Trade Me listings as it has a option called “Auction Monitoring” where you can set the your desired feedback rating for members who can bid on your listing this only works with auctions it does not work if you have a listing with a buy now. Hi Danielle if you use My Products to manage your listings in the settings section there is a option to select to not exceed your listing allowance cap (see the screenshot below) so you will never go over your set listing allowance therefore will not incur any HVL fees.
