Background check is linked to wrong rego on my car listing

The background check on my listing has used an on rego and I can’t seem to change it.

Hi Shane I would get in touch with the Trade Me Customer Support Team using the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page and they will be able to help you sort the issue out. Click on the link and wait a few seconds until a blue chat bubble appears at the bottom right of the screen click on it and you will then be able to chat with Trade Me Customer Support live refer https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form
The Live Chat operating hours are Mon-Fri 8 AM to 6:30 PM and Sat-Sun 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

I see looking at the Trade Me Help Page re background checks that they can’t be edited and you need to contact Trade Me if changes need to be made. Refer
