Hi Jason you would be best to get in touch with the Trade Me Customer Support Team using the Live Chat option if you go to the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page and click on the link then wait a few seconds a blue chat bubble will appear at the bottom right of the screen click on that and you will then be able to chat with Trade Me Customer Support live. Hi Danielle if you use My Products to manage your listings in the settings section there is a option to select to not exceed your listing allowance cap (see the screenshot below) so you will never go over your set listing allowance therefore will not incur any HVL fees. Hi Janette I was able to get Courier Post quotes for a rural delivery package this morning so their rural option through Book A Courier is still working for me. Sometimes the way certain addresses are typed in can affect the results you get with certain courier options not appearing if the delivery address is not entered exactly how a courier company expects it to be.
