Hi Shane I would get in touch with the Trade Me Customer Support Team using the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page and they will be able to help you sort the issue out. I see looking at the Trade Me Help Page re background checks that they can’t be edited and you need to contact Trade Me if changes need to be made. Refer
