How to go back through previous purchases, about 3 or 4 months
AnsweredHi all, how do I go back through my previous purchases? I'm sure that I purchased a couple of items back in December, and then I went away for a couple of months expecting them to arrive. They didn't. It seems that there is no way of checking the history of sales and purchases that I can find. Any help appreciated thanks.

Hi. Any won or sold items expire after 45 days. You can check timelines for trade completions in the help pages.
Check your emails for your items if you can. If you get stuck you can go to contact Us for Trade Me help, bottom of any TM page to get your trade history. Live Chat is also there, ask for a 'real person' to get your history to try to resolve it. May be too late though :( No one can guarantee a trade arriving if you are not there to receive it.

Thanks for your reply. It's too late now. And I deleted my old emails a few days ago. All good.

Hi Geoffrey. You can request your history, including won items, at the link below. I've never needed to do it for won items, but it may extend further than 45 days.

Confirming Callum's advice, your Won items can be pulled by TradeMe beyond the last 45 days, If you can't find a reference to the Trades through Ping transactions or your Bank account Statements so you can search the Listing number onsite apply through Accessing your account history which is limited in the information TradeMe can provide though they can give you the Listing number & the Seller's Member name - Cheers.
