Export your listings
1. Go to Items I'm Selling.
2. Select Export these listings in the top-right.
To export your current listings, head to trademe.co.nz in your browser.

Listings that closed less than 45 days ago
1. Go to Sold items or Unsold items.
2. Select Export these listings in the top-right.

Listings that closed more than 45 days ago
- Find the listing ID – this might be in emails from us, or in emails with the buyer or seller.
- Search the listing ID on Trade Me.
These can't be relisted. If you need to relist a historic listing, just create a new one.

What we can provide

Sold items – Listing ID, auction title, listing start/end date, reserve price, Buy Now price, sold price, sale type, buyer's username.

Unsold items –Listing ID, title, start/end date, reserve price, Buy Now price.

Won items – Listing ID, auction title, listing start/end date, reserve price, Buy Now price, sold price, sale type, seller's username.

Pay Now and Afterpay Account Statement – Payments received only. Date, description, amount, balance. Afterpay purchases can be found on the Afterpay site

Trade Me Account Statement – Listing ID, value, transaction description, payment type and date.
We can't provide:
- Contact details of other traders.
- Listing photos or descriptions.
- Ping transactions – these are available online.
