Leave feedback on a car I bought but didn't click buy through Trade Me?

Not possible to leave feedback when you didn't purchase it on Trade Me.

As you paid in cash, outside of the Trade Me process, there's nothing Trade Me can do for you in this transaction either.

Your best and realistically only course of action if the seller is not helpful, and you believe you can show that the vehicle was misrepresented, is to take them to the Disputes Tribunal.

Hi Matthew. Sorry to read about what happened with the car. It's very important that users don't bypass the auction process on Trade Me - we otherwise have no record of the purchase which makes things difficult if a dispute arises.

If by comment, you mean Place Feedback, then the option to place feedback is for auctions only, not for any classified listings. With classifieds Trademe has no idea who actually bought the item so can't allocate feedback authorization to any member.

Hi Allan, ok sounds like you want to Leave a review for a service. Go to the service listing, and underneath the write up you will see an Add your review button to click.

If you go to the sellers Feedback page, you will see they will have a Feedback section, plus another tab for Services reviews. A seller can have both Service reviews and Feedbacks. The feedbacks are from times they have bought or sold something, other than a Service.
