Kia Ora Wilson,
What type of Vehicle are you Relisting? - How many Vehicles do you List within the same 12 months?
With Car Listings a Casual Seller may List one to nine within the same 12 months - Any amount over this nine becomes a Trader, This plan has different listing options, fees and benefits. Members who qualify as a Registered Motor Vehicle Trader qualify for this Trader plan. - Members who qualify for this are emailed by TradeMe to let you know.
Casual Seller 1-9 Cars within same 12 months:
There is No fee for relisting a basic listing However there are fees to relist if you select a standard or premium listing bundle. - Renewal fees for the standard & premium listing bundles are at a reduced price.

I'll have the link of my losting attached below.
Expired Listing Number is #: 4512912656
It was NOT expired more than 30days. I tried to relist it the same day as it expired. And it shows I had to pay another $145 to start the listing again. Not the first time this happened.
I saw this listing you may be interested in: 2017 Toyota C-HR Hybrid G Model Qualifies for Reba https://www.trademe.co.nz/4547242173
I had contact motorsinfo@trademe.co.nz and reply was I made an increase of the price which I had NOT done. Sent 3 emails and still no reply. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.

Wilson. You seem to be a registered Motor Vehicle Trader. As S indicated, the free relist is for casual sellers only.
You need to look at the menu for traders in the help file. Were you charged $189? That's what I read as the relist charge for a standard listing for a vehicle trader at your asking price for that vehicle.

Yes Wilson,
The Renewal fees charged under the Trader plan are the same as the New Listing Fees - Therefore in this case the charge(s) are likely to be correct.
The Help section you need to refer to is Motors fees – Help - Trade Me - Scroll down the page to Trader plan - 10+ Cars > then to Renewal fees. - Cheers.

Hi there. I paid for the basic package to list my car. First time I have listed a vehicle. Loaded as 3K instead of 30k. Couldn’t edit as a bid came through, so I withdrew the listing. Now to re list I am being charged $189.00. Why??

Hi Julie. Whenever you withdraw something and make a new listing you are always charged again. What you could have done is removed that $3k bid, which would have then allowed you to edit the price. Change the start price to $30K then you wouldn't have had to withdraw it.
However given what has happened if you contact Trade Me I am sure they will refund that fee for you.

Kia ora Julie. Because you withdrew that listing within an hour, the $69 fee was refunded right away. If you start a new listing at the correct price, you will only be paying for that one. Feel free to get in touch using chat if you need a hand with that.
