Refunding Afterpay

Hi Donal, the steps for refunding Afterpay payments are on this help page. The Afterpay fees are refunded automatically when a full or partial refund is made.

Where can I view refunded orders?

Hi, my customer wants a refund for a payment made through Afterpay, but I can't find the refund button.

I can locate the refund button on Ping Payment but am unable to find it for Afterpay.

Please help me.

You need to be on the Desktop site to make an Afterpay refund. - This is Not the New Look site - you can select Desktop from the bottom of TM pages to get back to the old Desktop site.

The Help page you are after is Afterpay – Help - Trade Me which gives you instructions depending on which device you use - Cheers.

Hi, I still can't find payment details and refunds on my sold page. Please help me; I don't want to receive a bad feedback from the customer due to the refund.

By the ping payment I can see the refund button but afterpay don't have refund button.

please help me ASAO.

Kia ora Francis, to find the refund option you'll want to go to your Sold items. Then, instead of clicking into the listing, click the 'Payment details and refunds' link on the right hand side. This will bring up the Afterpay payment details and option to refund.
