Blacklisted trader won my auction
How is it that a trader that I added to my 'blacklist ' is able to win one of my auctions , I have checked to make sure that I have spelt the trader name right and yes it is , is this another 'glich' in the new roll out ? will it ever be finished ? So blo... annoying !

Sorry to read that's happened,
You are Best to contact TM through their "Live Chat" facility enabling staff to investigate and organise your Next Steps - Once you've selected the Contact us Link at the bottom of any TM page you need to give the landing page a count of 15+ seconds for the Chat Tab to Pop up in blue with a black speech bubble at the bottom right of your screen, there is a slight delay in this appearing.
In the first bot window type Talk to person to be transferred directly through to staff after filling in your details.
The manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAll the Best - Cheers.0 -

If this is a glitch, then this is bad, really, really bad.
Like S suggests go through the live chat and see what they have to say - but can I ask you a favor? I am really interested in what they have to say here, this is a super unique situation, I think it would be good to know what they come up with. Can you give us an update once they have found a solution?

Okay will come back to this post when I have an answer, I also contacted them through the 'live' chat last night but out of frustration and knowing it could take a few days to hear back from Trademe I posted in this forum as I thought it must have happened to someone else surely ....

Hi Sue, it's always a good idea to copy and paste a members name in to the blacklist as sometimes an 0 might look like an O, although, if the member is indeed showing on your blacklist now, it would be a great coincidence, but sometimes that's why people swap an 0 for a O as their first option was gone already. You might like to double check your blacklist to make sure the member is really there, and also put any slightly different spellings in the member search box to check.

You can contact TM through their "Live Chat" facility for assistance there & then during the manned hours of 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm - the Tab you are looking to go through as in pic below...

Once you've selected the Contact us Chat Tab you need to give the landing page a count of 15+ seconds for this blue & black speech bubble Chat Tab in pic to Pop up at the bottom right of your screen, there is a slight delay in this appearing - rather than going through the Drop down menu form or leaving a message as it sounds like you have done Afterhours which you may not have a response to as yet - Cheers.

I was looking for this thread about 5 weeks ago,
as I had a blacklisted member accept a fixed price offer 5 weeks ago, they had been watching that auction for a long time & her side kick account she used to bid for her on others that I picked up on, I was horrified when I saw the sold E-Mail with winners name?, how can that be??,
Trade Me were investigating it, as those screen shots were valuable input, (I did them while making manual FPO"s as blacklisted for 18months and both Blacklisted still watching certain same auctions, I was waiting for a 3rd account to be used?, just encase, it paid off,)
as was the E-Mail she sent in Dec? asking wanting bid on an auction but she was blacklisted, lucky still in my deleted box,
she knew she was blacklisted 18months ago as she gave me 13 Neg feedbacks stating blacklisted when she found out Lol!, which Trade Me removed quickly,
