Reporting Scam Listings

Anyone know of ways to get realtime-ish traction with Trade Me outside of their stated chat hours?
Phished accounts listing scam auctions happening more and more, yet no way of getting them taken down quickly before someone else gets scammed.

Good eyes on - the Best you can do outside of Chat hours is Community Watch these Listings - the Link is at the bottom of the Listing.
Unfortunately No urgent Alert Tabs for us to report these through as yet - Cheers.

Thanks .. thought that'd be the case. Have reported .. but Trade Me really need to up their game .. they've got all the detail they need to actively identify these accounts before they list. 2FA on new logins would go a long way here too ...

I am the subject of an ongoing scam using TradeMe buying process. I have tried for some time to gethelp but Trade Me are just not interested in protecting their customers
and have made no attempt to resolve the matter b0 -

Got scammed $1765 it was on your site soon as i payed and 2 days later get email from trade me saying do not pay it was a scam listing how the hell do you let these people registered a sale without checking they are legit and i reply to your email no one contacted me you should make everyone register there sales with ping or after pay i so depressed over this

Somone is trying to sell an extensive with my trade me account.
I never listed the above. I just received an email an item listed in the lat 24 hours.

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserEditedIf someone has hacked your account Brownie, change your password immediately and contact Trademe. Best way to contact Trademe would be via their live chat. I have also reported those listings to Trademe via Community Watch this and said you have raised this discussion and said the listings are not yours and your account has been hacked.

Immediately change your TradeMe password. - Report this directly through to TradeMe staff enabling them to secure your account & investigate this.
To contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened in a New conversation - Talk to person - and you are taken to entering a few details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Put the Listing number in the window here enabling staff to pull it up readily.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAll the Best! - Cheers.0 -
