Seller hasn't received my Ping payment - how long does it take?
I paid with ping but man has yet to recieve the money how long does it take first time I have used Ping and wont be using it again

Callum Community SuperuserHi Bruce. Ping is received immediately by the seller and they are instructed to send your goods. Some sellers (wrongly) wait for the payment to move from their ping balance to their bank account.
There are some exceptions. As this is your first time using it, the payment may have been put on hold by Trade Me.
They do this sometimes for higher value items or if the credit/debit card has been flagged. If your payment is on hold the seller will have been told to not send the goods. Trade Me will contact you to get some further information and determine that the purchase is genuine and that the card belongs to you. So keep an eye on your emails if the seller is saying the payment is on hold. Trade Me will contact you.

TradeMe Ping has received two of my payments days ago but have not paid into my account nor are they responding to Chat Bot inquiries or emails what can i do

It sounds like you are the Seller and you can see 2 Ping payments in your Ping account?
Have you requested a Manual or Automatic transfer out of these funds to your Bank account?
