Fees incorrectly charged

Hi Bianca what are the fees for? If you refer to your account details it will tell you.
25c sounds like you have selected and paid for a reserve when you made your listings.
If so, I am not sure you would be due a refund, as that is something you selected and paid for yourself.

Kia Ora Bianca, this is the community forum you are on here, we are members of TM just like yourself - we are not TradeMe staff. This community forum is in place for all members to help each other where we can.
As Callum has advised, There is a 0.25c fee for placing a reserve price on your listings and for selecting your own Listing closing day and time rather than using the system set automatic default day and time closure, if either is what you have done? - Cheers.

I have had the same issue. I only liste 5 items but have been charged loads of 25 cents. It looks like every time you edit your listing, even if just to correct spelling mistakes, you keep getting charged the same 25 cent fee.

Kia Ora Regan,
Sorry to read of your charges,
If you've checked the fee's charged to you in your account statement for confirmation you will need to contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" - once you've selected the Contact us Chat Tab you need to give the landing page a count of 15+ seconds for the Chat Tab to Pop up in blue & black at the bottom right of your screen, there is a slight delay in this appearing.
The manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -

Regan, often the 25c is for setting a scheduled end time. If you didn't specify one initially when listing, then you edit something else in the listing, sometimes due to a cookie error it does not lock in the original end time correctly. This is itemised on the final edit page where it shows a summary of fees. This can go unnoticed, and you don't realise something is up until too late, but it pays to check that final screen for any fees before you commit to save the edits.
I would recommend clearing your cookies and temp internet files.
Also, like S says, check your account transactions page as there will be an itemised listing there for each 25c fee to tell you what it was for.
