Use of my Photos
AnsweredI've noticed when looking at some items being sold that the photos are identical to what I have posted? In fact they are my photos. Is this normal practice?

No, it's not normal. Use the Community watch button on a listing and let Trademe know. Good idea to look up your original as uploaded to TM and post them the url to it from your My Photos page, or point them to a previous listing. You can also ask a Q on the auctions and point it out to the seller and ask them to take their own photos.

No Tina this is Not - This is infact against TM Rules - You can report them through the Community Watch Link at the bottom of the listing Or by contacting a staff member through 'Live Chat' by selecting 'Contact us' at the bottom of any page.
Community Watch goes direct to the correct Team who look into this - I Recommend you take screenshots of these as evidence capturing both the photo's and the Member name using these - Cheers.

Hey Tina, were your photos taken by yourself or someone you know etc or from online from stock items etc?

Hi Dee - no I take all my own photos.

Yes, there is a dedicated topic for this in the Community Watch. Sounds like you are already onto it, but picture below shows where to find it if you didn't already. I've had people in the past tell me they didn't realise it was my picture, they found it via a google image search, and didn't even know it was on Trade Me. Believable? I dunno, but it's a possibility.
