New feedback format now almost unused

TM introduced a new feedback format a while ago, which I believe was only available on phones anyway. There was very limited up take in my experience of the new format (5-10% perhaps) . But now it is basically unused. I think I have one example of the new feedback format in 3 pages of feedback. Are others finding the same situation?

The 2nd to last last sentence on that page... At this stage we have no plans to fully roll out any of these experiments, but we’ll use what we learn in these experiments to inform whether it’s something that we should consider in the future.

S Community SuperuserKia Ora Guys, - I have been wondering myself if we can be given some feedback on results there - As plenty of input was submitted by Members at the onset I would suspect there is great interest in learning the outcome despite it only being from a selected few who were chosen to participate here - Cheers.
