Finding a 'Won' item on my account

I won an AVR regulator for my generator. Ref P221524498 but this has disappeared from the system so TM's system gave a '500 error' and the seller has not come back to me to inform me of what next. I am not able to contact TM as their system thinks I haven't 'won' anything. This is taking way more time than needed.

We wanted to provide you with another update on your order. As stated in the auction and our previous email shipping can take up to around 6 weeks.
The parcel is in transit within the shipping company network and estimated to arrive within 1-3 weeks. Unfortunately, there continues to be major disruptions in the shipping network resulting long international shipping timeframes.

They have current listings although none for that item, but you can always ask a Q on one of their auctions if you don't get a reply to emails. Unfortunately Trademe archive all sale and purchase info off the site after 45 days but you should be able to contact them via live chat if you go to the Contact Us page from the link at the bottom of any page.

Hi Gary, thanks for the reply. I have now finally gotten a reply believe it or not!! lol!! Lost in transit apparently.. Now cost more and another 6 week wait.. Thanks again...

If it's lost in transit that's not your problem - it is up to the seller to chase that one up. And I wouldn't be paying anymore either as by purchasing you entered into a contract with the seller to supply at that price.

Callum Community SuperuserAs Yvonne says, how is it costing you more? The seller either needs to get the item to you, or refund you in full. Unless you are meaning you are going to purchase from another seller instead.

Callum Thanks. It was going to cost more as price of goods had gone up but I now found another supplier and a cheaper model to do the same job..They have refunded the full amt already now after I did some chasing around so give them 100% for that. Just made it harder for me as I didn't realise the listing disappears after 45 days if won as I was expecting 6 week deliv and then got an email indicating there could be a delay..hence my panic to get sorted..lol!! Yup. It is a problem that Trade Me really need to fix. Perhaps if you could give this post a thumbs up it might help the issue get some attention.
