Does Pass the Parcel deliver to P.O.Boxes?

Hi, sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find it through the search function. I know Pass the Parcel didn't used to deliver to P.O. Boxes but now I can't find where it stated that on their site - can anyone confirm if they now do this, or whether they still don't? I have a sale where someone wants it sent to a P.O. Box and I can't get hold of Pass the Parcel in the weekend to confirm this. Thanks for the help.
