Unable to relist for free

We paid $2 for two free relistings when we first listed this item, which didn’t sell, but when we try to relist it, it wants to charge us again. How do we relist an item using that prepaid 2x relisting?

Hi Micheline & Kimble, the 'Good for 2 relists' promotional extra only applies to feature combos, but if there are other fees on your listing - like reserve fee, scheduled end time fee, or second category fee - these would be recharged on the relist.

I have the same issue, and there are no extra fees so I dont understand it.
Also wont let me post it as a basic listing, because of the "2 free relistings" feature attached

As with Ellie.Just want a simple relist with no fees but the promo listing fee keeps coming up.Very poor of TM.Please sort.

I have the excact same problem.I always press tge relist for .35c option but when i do relist the item it charges me the .55c!!!

TM, this is a tech issue that has been on going and your ninjas( if you still have them) should be able to sort.

I ran a Motorbike auction for two weeks & it remained unsold. I should be able to relist for free until sold. My add has entirely disappeared. If I start from scratch I have to pay a new fee. How is this legal?

Kia Ora Marshall,

Relisting is free if done within the first 45 days of the original listing closing, However any promotional extras are charged again.

If the original listing closed more than 45 days ago you have to create a New Listing and pay the New Listing Fee.

I also have this issue..have psid for 2 free relists. WNts to charge me and i dont have any extras. It does not state that this is for feature listing only??
