Where do I find my Dispute Report?
AnsweredI have a problem with a trade where I received the wrong product. I wasn't getting anywhere with the seller so I contacted Trademe support. They said they would contact me by a date next week but I want to add something to my Dispute Report right now and although I have a Dispute Report number I can't find the Report I wrote. Is it not saved somewhere and if it is saved then where do I find it?

The report is not saved anywhere other than the copy you sent to Trademe. I always write it up in a document, and send that through to TM, then I have an exact copy of what I wrote to them. It doesn't help now, maybe for the future. None of the automated responses you get can be replied to, so it might be best to just use the Contact Us link at bottom of page and send through any amendments to them, mentioning the dispute number.

Thanks Gary. Yes, that makes perfect sense. I did actually take a screenshot of what I wrote in the Report but I can't seem to find it.

I have sold a item. But we both the buyer and seller have mutually agreed not to go thru with the sale.

Peter, you need to remove your email address from your post as this is the Community area open for everyone to see. If you have both decided not to go through with the trade, then you don't need to do anything. You could place feedback saying that you both decided not to go through with the trade, if you wanted to.

Kia Ora Michelle,
I am reading you have not heard back therefore you may have opened a Dispute Resolution with TM - Reply to the ticket reference number email you would have received on filing the Dispute report - the reference number will help TM find & follow your Dispute promptly - All the Best - Cheers.

Kia Ora Michelle,
This is the community forum you are on here, we are members of TM just like yourself - we are not TradeMe staff. This community forum is in place for all members to help each other where we can in offering advice to resolve issues that evolve.Did you file a Dispute Resolution report to TradeMe from the Tab in your Won items?TradeMe don't accept or answer direct emails - they respond only to emails with ticket reference numbers which are obtained via the 'Live Chat' facility Or by completing a relevant report if you can find this option through the Drop Down menu's in the Help section & through a reply to the Dispute Resolution form filed from your Won items. If you can't find an email reply from TM you can contact a staff member through their "Live Chat" facility by going through the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of this, or any, TM page yes you come to a drop down form however if you give the page a few seconds the 'Chat' bubble will come up in blue at the bottom right of the page - Have your auction reference number to the Trade you are disputing entered into the Chat so a staff member can follow you easily. With the Trade being over 3 months TM may not be able to help you now if a Dispute Resolution report wasn't filed with them following the initial upset of your Trade. The 'Live Chat' manned hrs Monday - Friday are 8:am - 6:30pm & Saturday - Sunday 8:30am - 4:pmAll the Best - Cheers.0 -
