Can't edit my listing - goes to a blank page?

Depending on what page you are on when you press edit, eg your items I'm selling page Trademe seems to be logging out a lot lately. When you are on the blank screen is there anything at all?

If there is the the usual grey bar at the top, then check to see it shows you as logged in. If not, login and leave that tab open. Open another tab and find the listing you want to edit. Click the edit again and see if it stays logged this time.

Mine swaps from old site to new site and old edit to new edit depending on what I am editing and what category it's in, but both old edit and new edit work ok.

Still unable to edit. Goes to a completely blank page??? Come on TradeMe help me out here.

I can't start a TradeMe property listing. After choosing my category it loads to a blank page.  Have tried half a dozen times.

Also it's $229+ now for a residential rental listing? Whoa. Expensive.

Same with me. I’m trying to list a car and it goes to a completely blank page. Can’t get past entering the registration number. 

Hi everyone, if you are having trouble starting a listing due to running in to a page that won't load, it could be caused by an old, stuck listing. The most common cause of bugs like this is having corrupted cookies on your web browser - if you delete them you should be good to go. It’s also worth making sure your internet browser is completely up to date.
If you try both of these and you're still having trouble, post a screenshot of your page so we can have a look at what you are seeing.

It’s happening to me to, sends me to a blank page?!

Why cant i edit my listing ???

I have three for rent listings, two work fine. The third is the newest / most recent listing and I am unable to edit this listing. It sends me to a blank white page. I have tried several variations of attempts at editing, with no success. I believe this is due to the new look trademe’s problem to sort out, not mine. The edit does not work on my iPad and my desktop. V frustrating as the ad Displays old time sensitive information.

If you're still not having any luck editing, you can reach the Customer Experience team on Live Chat.

I have tried deleting cookies as posted above and still takes me to a blank page.

Are you attempting to start a New Listing Or Edit a Live Listing please? - This thread speaks of both.

Edit a Live Listing: 

• Listings can be edited, within seven days of starting the listing.
• After seven days, you'll need to withdraw and relist to make changes.

New Listing:

Refer to Post: Unable to list property

If neither of these are helpful can we have more detail and are you able to place a screenshot of the blank page URL Line please?  - Cheers.
