Listing ID is not valid?
Hi.
I've just tried to list a laptop, which I paid for to be promoted, however when I try to click on the listing it comes up with a pop up that says "Failed to get listing details. Listing ID is not valid".
My listing is also not showing up when I search it.

I was given this link as shown below, but it won't open, tried manually as well. The message is that I have not received the items, so the matter is still unresolved. Many thanks, Sandra

Go back to whoever gave you that link as it's not a standard one that Trademe would give you and the listing id should have 10 digits, not 6. The usual method is to click the Dispute resolution button beside the listing in your won items page like here..

I have tried to list a TV and paid for promotion as well however i am unable to view it and is not listed on trade me platform as well it comes up with Listing not valid.

An item on my watch list has now come up with a message Listing id ********is not valid. Does this mean the seller has withdrawn the item?

No Patrick. If the item has been withdrawn it will say Withdrawn by an administrator, or withdrawn by the seller. Invalid listing is another matter. It can sometimes show if both the listing has been withdrawn by an administrator (Trademe) AND the seller has been removed from site, which happens with scammers etc that have set up new accounts and dodgy listings. Quite of ten the listings stay on your watchlist, but nothing can happen to them and they give an invalid listing error.

I’ve just listed my iPhone twise now on tradme using the promotions costing me 10 bucks and I it keeps saying “ listing id is not valid” what do I do?

Hi Trade me… I’ve tried listing my PS5 twice now and after it says ‘list is live’ I try to click on it in items I’m selling and it says “listing Id is not valid” - PLEASE HELP! This is very frustrating as I’ve sold lots in Trade me before.
It’s also very frustrating that you have no phone number to talk to anyone !

When this happens normally the system has flagged the Listing for an authenticity check - quite common with cell phones, computers, laptop & gaming etc. items. - Keep an eye on your emails in case TM require further info' from you - usually these items become viewable inside 24hrs otherwise. - If you have no email from TM and your Listing is still showing Not Valid within the 24hrs you will want to contact TM for assistance.
To contact TM staff through "Live Chat" for assistance If you select the Contact us Link at the bottom of any TM page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen, there may be a slight delay in this appearing.
Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once the Chat icon is selected - Talk to person - you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.1 -
Having the same problem. Listing id is not valid. I want to edit the listing, add more photos and description. But unable to.

Wait the 24 hours out and keep an eye on your emails incase TradeMe Trust & Safety require more info' for you, as in my Comment above & below for you...
