Trouble booking a courier

Not sure what the problem is Ange, but have you tried topping up your account first, then booking the courier? That way it's only doing one thing at a time so it should be easier to identify the problem.

Generally happens when you exceed the maximum allowable volume. If you try again on the desktop site it will tell you via an error message , whereas the mobile app won’t.

Hi Kiranjit, if you've already confirmed the address is correct using the NZ Postcode & Address Finder and still not having any luck, you can reach out to our Customer Experience team for a hand getting it booked

Each time I try and book a courier, when the payment is to go through it kicks me out and takes me back to the home screen.  

My account is in credit, with sufficient funds.  Please help   Grant

Tried to book my courier but it says that either the senders address or the receivers address needs to be updated but neither address is incorrect and so I cannot proceed to booking the courier.
