Not receiving enquiries on classified listing

EditedHi Andrew, I've checked and the enquiry notifications have successfully sent to you. Your email client could be deleting them or marking them as spam. Add the following addresses to your safe senders list and see if that makes a difference:

Thanks Lucy, have now done so in Outlook. There are no messages in my Junk or Deleted files though i did recieve notification from you (via email). Is tehre a way that i can communicate with people using the TM app also?
May you please resend any queries that i have received so far to my email?

I have the same issue with my car listing when i received the email enquiry on my mobile and when I am about to answer it after dinner and noticed it's gone and I can no longer reply to it. Checked spam and deleted files and not in there. Can someone at Trademe assist to recover the classified enquiry ? Thanks in advance, R

Odd i havent had 1 email on my puppy listing makes me wonder if im not receiving them

Are you receiving all other emails from TradeMe okay?
One way to check would be to send an email through to yourself.
If you're having trouble with receiving all/other emails from TradeMe check you have them added to your whitelist. - Refer to Problems receiving Trade Me emails – Help - Trade Me
If emails aren't coming through following that you can contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, they will be able to confirm if any have been sent as well - Cheers.
