Is there a Q & A policy/ Terms and Conditions

Hi Sharon. There is no specific T & C or Policy regarding Q & A, but if it's to do with Contact details in Q & A the general Listing policies cover this.

If someone request for you to remove their bid which is a leading bid and the auction has now met its reserve do you have to remove that bid?

Yes, as mentioned in T & C the seller is obliged to remove a bid if asked. If the seller doesn't, you can always ask Trademe to remove your bid for you, but you need to allow time. There is a page in Help specially for this, here...
