This has just happened to me aswell. Taken my money and live in items I’m selling but if I share the link or listing number nothing come up.

If you're still experiencing this issue, here's how you can comment with a screenshot on this post: Open your phone's menu options when viewing this page and tap on 'Desktop site'. The page will reload and you'll see the formatting tool bar above the comment box where you can add an image.

I’ve been having the same problem trying to list an item via the app. however no money is taken off my account. I just get the same message, Congratulations, your list is live. Also this help link is not that helpful, you need an 0800 number so your customers can actually call and talk to a TM person. I’ve taken a pick of the message, but have no idea where to post with this comment l.

Hi Miles, if you're using a desktop, you can post the picture using the formatting tool bar at the top of the comment box.
If you're using a mobile device, open the menu options when viewing this page and tap on 'Desktop site'. The page will reload and that will load the tool bar for you to add the image.

This is so easy to replicate when multiple users are having the same issue. Why cannot the support team try to reproduce the issue instead of asking and waiting for a screenshot ????? So so frustrating

I create a product at 6:30am and it is active. Now its 11:00am and still no listing, I get this a lot. Sometimes it never goes live.

Hi Kristopher. If you activate the product from within the product, rather than from the product list, it will list immediately, (well it always does for me anyway), rather than when MP get's around to it, although that's "usually" once every 15 mins.

I’m having the same issue too, I’ve just listed both mine and my partners previous phones, my phone listing was initially live, I then went to list my partners phone, that one goes live but then the listing for my phone is no longer active, I tried listing it again separately, only to get the exact same issue, yet my partners phone listing it still active. I’m $11 out of pocket now and want my money back. I’ll definitely only be using Facebook from now on. TradeMe is just useless and ridiculous.

Says I’ve listed but can’t see and wasn’t able to add a photo.. didn’t get the opportunity1 -
Stupid app. I’ve already listed most of my items on FB and am a happy customer there. Works great not unlike this Trademe app

If you still require a fee refund, you can get in touch on Live Chat so we can take care of that for you right away.Wade - it would be really useful if you could pop up a screenshot of what happens when you try to list. Is this only happening when you use the app? And are you on an iPhone or Android?

Lizzie I suspect that this is because you're following the entire topic, rather than an individual post. Have a look at the top of the particular topic page where this is happening to check and from there you can un-follow. Let me know if that fixes this for you.

Lucy, FYI…Just received another update for this despite clicking on UNFOLLOW.
SEEMS THE CLICK ON “UNFOLLOW” BOX doesn’t “ stick”…

Thanks Lizzie, let's try this - head to this page and double check the 'Following' button under where it says 'Starting and editing listings'. I think it's still the post that you've unfollowed rather than the topic and that's why you've had another notification.

I’m having the same problem: finishing the listing, it replies with congratulations your listing is now live, two seconds later that disappears and the listing is not there. It seems it is trying to list the Orient early sheet the “confirmation of promotions” Happened four times on iPhone and iPad.
i don’t see how a screen shot would help you here.

Hi Lisa, I'm sorry to read this is happening for you. When you're using your iPhone and iPad, are you on the Trade Me app or using the browser?
If you're using the app, remove it and then reinstall the latest version. Still no change, try on the desktop version of the site from your browser.

I’ve had the same problem just added 4 new listing said they had gone live but none of them are there.
tried on iPhone and iPad neither will work. It says congratulations your auction is live but it’s actually not

I’ve had the same problem multiple times. The app doesn’t list the item even though the whole process seems to be working and then it says “your listing is now live”. It’s done this on a couple of occasions. In between I've updated the software of the phone and the app. Nothing appears in my listings for sale.

Hi Doctor, that certainly sounds unusual. Could you please check on the full site there aren't listings showing there either, and if possible send in a screenshot of the "Your listing is now live" message from the app

why cant i start a listing for a car, I click on car and no subheadings come up it just goes to a blank page that says "The # 1 place kiwis sell cars" with an outline of a car and it won't load,
other categories work fine

Hi Gary.
Trademe have changed their authorisation login system recently, which seems to be causing lots of problems as different pages use different auth systems. It keeps logging me out and even when clicking from one logged in page to another. Lots of errors come up on the Motors start listing page, including auth errors.
I get the same problem as you, ie the grey car and nothing else. I got around this by doing this.
Go to Trademe home page.
Log out
While logged out, go to the homepage, then Motors, then Sell my Vehicle, then Cars.
Then click either by plate or manually.
You are now asked to login, so do so.
Voila. Or that worked for me anyway and I stopped seeing the grey car in the middle of the screen and could continue to list a car. Hope that helps, until Tradme fix the problem.
After doing that I now get as below.
