Fee Jump
AnsweredI know I am not going silly :) Add a custom closing time last week was only 25c I have just added 2x listings & each one has jumped up to 99c (per listing) I have searched topics etc & nowhere can I see or have been informed by T/M that there were going to be any changes in listing fees. Thank you.

Kia Ora ptchevy,
Confirming fee change on the Desktop site - No! I haven't been advised of a fee change either nor announcement or notification has come through advising of a Fee change that I can see?? - Cheers.

From what I can see it's 25c. Both in the help file, and when I did a trial listing right now. Where exactly are you getting the 99c fee? Is it a different category to a standard marketplace listing?
As a hint, if you use My Products scheduled end times are free. I use this all the time. It's a great little bonus.

Well spotted. Must have snuck in there recently on the new listing process.
I dunno if they will need to notify an optional fee increase, but certainly the help file needs to be changed if it's to be the new normal.
Still, I'd check out My Products ptchevy, especially if you use the end time schedule often. It's free to do on there.

Callum this was a normal general listing on the now 3x new listings, I also went in to relist an unsold item & of course wanted day & time for a later finishing time instead of during the day & It also stated once again as S above shows add a custom finishing time 99c Thank you.

General item Marketplace Callum,
New Look Desktop site - Draft listings contain the .25cent - New listing created shows the.99cent - There has been work implemented in creating New listings, we now have category suggestions come up per item and can change categories. Hoping this fee increase may be a bug?? - Cheers.

Thank you again Callum for your reply :) it does not seem to be for just a new listing, as prev stated I relisted an unsold item & also came up with 99c for end time schedule, going to be a bit of a nuisance really, now have to do all new listings in the eve & wait/sit on it & list it watching the clock if you get my drift otherwise I am paying for every listing 99c to end on a time schedule :) Take care.

Callum, why does your example say 'may' apply?

Probably because there is no charge when using My Products stellabellatm
Could be other instances when it isn't charged, I'm not sure. Looks like that wording has gone now in the new listing process.

Ok, just thought it was odd that it says 'may' , think TM need to be a bit more transparent with that , it either is or isn't, or tell people to use MP and then there won't be unless you select 10 days.

Kia ora ptchevy, from time to time we run A/B testing it sounds like you are part of a group we're currently testing with. I've passed this on to the team to get in touch with you.

Thank you Michelle, I have looked into the A/B testing, it really doesn't make sense to me, why would I give a positive F/Bk on a fee change that has hiked up by an extra 74c (25c to 99c) apart from setting up My Products & hopefully able to list an item with a time frame for free, why would I be picked as part of a group (without my knowledge) if you could let the team know I am not interested in a call, I won't be using the end time schedule 99c I will sit on the clock/wait & then list or relist, 25c I actually often paid did not mind to much, now 99c def a no go. thank you for trying to find the solution in this issue, my reply or query is not a reflection on any of the community superusers or staff. Take care.
Michelle
Have just received an email from the office concerning this post, it was a nice outreach & welcoming. but as yet still waiting I am sure like perhaps a few other members if this new fee is going to be the new norm. :)

And we wonder why there are less people using Trade me.
