How do I edit payment instructions - casual seller

Easy answer here. You can't

Payment instructions have been turned off for casual sellers. 

All payments are to be made with Ping, (Or cash on pick-up)

Does a buyer of a casual seller still get an email with payment instructions? Confirmation of purchase? Seems odd that a casual seller can have ping as payment ( to their bank account - thus bank account confirmed ) but don't have the option for internet banking.

Yes, buyers still get a confirmation of purchase if the item is bought via an auction, but this will only have directions to pay with Ping (And Afterpay if a seller has selected it) along with a possibility of cash on pick-up, again if the seller allows it. For casual sellers no internet banking details are shown on the confirmation, nor is there a link to them. 

This change is because Trade Me have no control over private bank to bank payments. By bringing the payment in-house with Ping buyers are protected under the Buyer Protection Policy. Trade Me can step in and refund if there are issues with the trade.
