Why can't I make an offer to a watcher on my Desktop ??

Kia ora retep2001, are you wanting to use Make an Offer, or Fixed Price Offer? Make an Offer is only available for casual sellers, as an in trade seller you won't see this option. If you can see you have watchers but are unable to send a Fixed Price Offer, let us know the listing number so we can have a look into it for you.  We've been making some changes to the site, listings that are on our new system are viewed via the mobile site.
