Why I am being flicked back to the Mobile Site constantly - why do we get these errors so often ??

I still see sellers in the Collectables area that are clearly "In Trade" but not yet listed as such !! Where is the simple report form to advise Trade Me accordingly so they pay the charges as I do !!
