How to get my money

Kia Ora mmbavan,

You need to be on the Desktop site to register for Pay Now,

What happens when you try to register for a Pay Now account, do you have any error message come up?

There is one icon Register for pay now. I clicked many times already and I could not go in to register me

I am using my laptop and google chrome and internet explorer both have been used to open

If you select the link 'Register for Pay Now' under the Selling section - To receive payment via Afterpay in the following Help file I'll put below for you - this will take you through to the Afterpay page which has a blue tab at the bottom Register for After Tab to select - you should be good to go from there.

I clicked the same and tried more than 50 times, using differnt pcs, net connection, I couldn't go in to paynow for registration.

Run through the website troubleshooting steps,

1. clear cache/cookies,
2. remove any extensions you may have 1 by 1 including any Ad' blockers,
3. ensure your running the latest updated browser,
4. try another browser or Incognito,
5. If you're using Incognito try through a normal window.

I'm using the Edge browser and have no issues going through to register.

Kia ora mmbavan, if you go to your  Pay Now & Afterpay account you can check to see if you've added your bank account and if there is a balance, you can send the goods as soon as you see that payment on your balance. We transfer Afterpay balances out to your bank account once a day, usually the next day. Payments can take a day or two to land in your account due to bank processing times.
