Unsold items not appearing (for resisting), and other issues

Hello gclare.
If you select the mobile tab at the bottom of the page on your "unsolds" your missing items will appear.
You can then select multiple items and do a quick relist from there.

Thanks! I'll give it a try next time, as I've since managed to re-list my icurrent unsold tems (from the emails).
I assume this is just a temporary work-around, until the underlying issue is resolved?

Because there is currently a mixture of some items on the "old" system and some on the "new" the process differs slightly until everything gets switched across to the new system. So yes, "temporary." But temporary has meant years so far for this process......
Eventually everything will appear in the new system, which at the moment is perhaps confusingly called "mobile" even if you are on a desktop computer.

Kia ora gclare, sorry for the hassle you're having, I've passed your feedback on, you can also give us feedback directly via "Tell us what you think" toward the bottom of Trade Me pages. The issue where your Unsold items are missing from your folder is a known issue, I've added your example for the team looking into this. The other issue you are having where there is no info about the 50 character limit or a character counter looks like a potential bug, I've also passed this on to the team.

Thanks Michelle. I was getting a litlle frustrated when I wrote my original post. I've now got everything resolved for now. Hopefully, it's a bit smoother when I have to re-list again in week's time (now that I also know of the "mobile" work-around).

gclare - you should look at using myproducts. it is largely unaffected by the changes and saves a lot of time

@AJ I'll take a look. I just assumed "My Products" was for trade sellers. I'm mainly just trying to slowly sell-off my DVD collection, which involves lots of once-off listings, that need to be repeatedly re-listed.

Anyone can use it. I like that you can automate FPO and relists. I see many posts about people stressing over these, I dont even have to think about it. You can also set up one auction as you like and just "duplicate" it, change the DVD details/photo, and everything else carries through (eg postage, price) - of course you can change these if you wish too, but you dont need to add them everytime

oh, and there is a small learning curve, but you can ask questions here for help

@AJ Thanks. I'll aim to take a look later today. All of my DVD listings so far are pretty much a copy of the previous, just changing DVD title / details / photos, so, from what you describe, My Products will make this a lot easier.

Hi gclare. Please be aware if your listing are now in the new look trade me they won't be able to be imported to my products. They will need to be fully created again. Please see the post below with the information provided from trade me staff Michelle.

@L Thanks for pointing this out. I had a quick look at "My Products", but I could see no way to import my 39 existing listings. Not wanting to start again, I didn't progress any further. I seem to keep hitting problems with TradeMe. Nothing seems to be straight-forward!

Hi gclare. Yes the new look changes and loss of some functions for short OR long periods of time have most certainly made things difficult! All the best :)
