trademe email notifications missing

All OK here archival. Last nights came through OK, and a sale at 2:34am this morning.

Another possibility is when payments have been flagged you don't get a email in those cases. Not until later when Trade Me have cleared the payment/buyer.

I had a problem with it also and then found they were all going into spam. No idea why the spam filter had suddenly decided after 22 years of recieving TM emails in my regular folder, that it was time to dump in spam. White listed again and its fine. But I do get about one sale every month that never reaches my email as a sale notification. No idea why but been like this for years

I have this issue too.

It's been a very long time known about problem across system providers - sometimes keywords in mail can trigger whatever algorithm words are potentially nuisance or direct marketing.

Funny ole world we live in today but do read up on Door to Door salesmen and nuisance phone calls as it's a similar procedure with legislation - the only difference is it's through a slightly varied Postal Delivery transmission service.
