need to challenge feedback - buyer left a red face by mistake. Buyer not answering emails about it. Now i can't find anyone to help, and i can't find a link to the feedback dispute form that works. Anyone have any tips or links to help me sort this please? So frustrating - I am top seller and prof trader, my fees are thousands per year, so this is very much a waste of my time trying to sort it. Come on Trademe, look after your professional and business seller clients!!!
we'd use it - anything that engages customers is good in our eyes!
hi anne, that sounds frustrating. i'm using tradevine, and the question feature is still working well over there, i can pull up the questions page and answer them all without having to go to individual listings, much faster. if i'm on trademe on my computer, i will usually sort listings for sale by unanswered questions, that is the other way you could try. good luck!
