Email entitled: Another shot at $500 cash
The email says to list before 24 May, but the email was sent 1 June. How does one contact TM to ask for clarification...?
Thanks :)

Kia Ora nzfraggle,
That would be a typo in the email as directly above that error is stipulated ... Simply list a general item before Sunday 7 June to enter.
The Buy/Sell Home page also has an advertised link through to the promo which stipulates ... List any item with no Success Fees on Trade Me Marketplace before Sun 7 June.
The quickest way to let the company know of the typo is through your Post here, a Community moderator should pick this up tomorrow 2 June 2026 - Otherwise you would leave a message through the blue speech icon Bottom Right of your screen though that enters a queue and may go unsighted 2-3 days or so.

Kia ora nzfraggle, thanks for raising this, sorry for the confusion, I've flagged it with the team. The details are on the promo page too, list your general items between 1-7 June to enter.

No Success fees?
Hold on, who is paying fees for what again these days?
Interesting especially when one looks at the items in the advertisement design - potential value of items.

Kia Ora Howold,
You can find all Marketplace fees and who these apply to via the Help file below...
Marketplace fees – Help - Trade Me
List any items with no success fees ... means just that - if there is no success fee for your General Marketplace Listing you're entered into the draw. Obviously In-Trade Sellers don't qualify as the promo clearly states it applies to Casual Sellers only.
