Issues with using TM options
AnsweredJust wondering if anyone else is having as many issues as I am with using TM options.
1. Just tried making an offer. I use to be able to see the TM names of the people on the watch list and could choose who to offer this to. It now doesn't show this and it's all or nothing???
2. Sometimes I like to change where I have put a listing if I think the choice I made might have been the wrong one for the item. Now I am stuck with the choice I made and can't change it???
3. When I come to relist items I find my shipping has been messed up and I have to double check all the time to make sure what I want is there??? and then when it does relist often all the watchers I had drop off. Some stay for some items and all go for others???
4. Sometimes when I have sold an item I get no notification that it has sold???
5. Sometimes when I go to email a buyer the email doesn't appear to be linked to TM and I have to put in a subject refrence, where as on other occasions it automatically appears???
Are these just issues with the new system or is this the new look TM?

These issues are all noted throughout the community as changes due to the upgrade progressing with some features still requiring to be added, the My Products selling tool is unaffected by these changes and is available and free to use by both Casual & In Trade Sellers.
1. Fixed Priced Offer options
Some categories include options to specify who gets the offer and how long they have to accept or decline. If your listing doesn't have these options, all members watching your listing will get the offer and have 24 hours to respond. - We've just been given the heads up the duration of FPO's has been extended beyond the first 24hrs for some categories.Item didn't sell – Help - Trade Me
2. Adding a Buy Now and editing the category isn’t available on all listings
If you want to add a Buy Now or change the category you've listed in, you'll need to create a new listing with the correct information instead of editing.Some categories can't be changed due to the different Listing fee structures and some can't be edited if they're over the first 7 days of being listed Live. - this is to prevent users avoiding fees by Listing similar though different items in the 1 Listing.

3. Shipping - As part of the upgrade process TradeMe have changed shipping options to be more structured, some Relisted items have had the shipping disrupted as a direct result of this. https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/community/posts/15913288575631/comments/15943839853071
4. Missing Notifications have been reported and are with the Tech team.
5. Emails missing subject line has also been reported.
Depending on which system Listings are created in and on the Listing Type currently dictates what is coming through with some emails whilst not on others.
We haven't been given an ETA of when some of these features may be available, enhanced or returned to/on the New System, this is a continuous and gradual upgrade process. - Hope this Helps.
