7 day only relisting option
Trying to relist items and usually they come up as the same number of days we have relisted them for , however they are all coming up as "7 days" only.
Who has made this change to Trade Me interface?
Where's the communications as to what is getting changed?
Why the blanket approach without any open communication to your users?
Any business that operates a website advises which date and time and generally what may be changing.
Or is this another "Beta testing" balls up?

There are clearly some issues with a new listing process that has happened over the last few days.
It will be only affecting some as it's the usual way Trade Me introduce changes. That way if there are problems it's not affecting everyone and everything.
It's always helpful if members can add screenshots to show exactly where the problem is happening and what it looks like.

I have three items which I have tried to do a quick relist. I just cannot do this simple thing which I have been able to do in the past.
Getting very annoyed as Trademe are happy to take their fee, yet no service.1 -

Not getting an error message. Just won't allow me to do quick relist. There is a part message which flicks up at the bottom of the screen but when I try to see what it is about, it disappears. Something to do with making it easier for buyers?

Loratadine, that us the exact same thing that has been happening to me. Same pop up, which disappeared within seconds and no instructions on what needs to be done. I've had to add my suburb in the shipping details otherwise I cant relist or add another auction. It will be interesting to see if I can do quick relist or I need to add the suburb again. I guess I'll see in a days time!!!!

And how are you meant to add the suburb when you just want to put the cost of the courier on the listing before anyone presses buy. Before all this "Not being able to relist "my buyers were paying by ping, and then paying the courier charge to my bank account.
I really don't know how all these mistakes are happening, and really wish Trademe would sort them.1 -

Kia ora neeta and loratadine, sorry for the confusion with these listings. We've made some changes to the bulk relist, to flag listings that need attention. Previously if there was an issue with one of the listings none would relist, now just the ones that need fixing are flagged and can be relisted individually. The changes should only need to be made to each listing once.
Howold, if you could send us listing numbers and screenshots of what you're seeing we can look into it.0 -
Michelle, you mention " just the ones that need 'fixing' are flagged.." what do you mean by that and is it AI generated?
We get it re asked repeatedly about "adding photos" which are already there & assume that's BC the software/ hardware haven't quite finished processing.
There's nothing coming up when we relist and there's usually always some of our listings that will relist for only 4 days and not 7.

Kia ora Howold, the listings that need fixing generally have issues with the shipping options, whatever needs fixing will be stated, a couple of members on Community have mentioned getting the message that a suburb needs to be added. This comes about with listings being relisted on the new system, as we continue to roll out the changes to the site. If you can send through the listing numbers and screenshots of the messages you are getting, we can take a look. Also let us know how you are accessing the site (app and version/desktop), or the browser that you are using.
