I have been unable to relist my unsold auctions. I get a pop up from trademe stating * 'we're simplifying our listing options to help buyers find your items. To relist this item , please review and update some items' There is nothing to say what needs reviewing or updating. I have gone through everything that could possibly need updating and everything is correct. I have no clue what I need to review. So I decided to delete the unsold item and list it as a new auction, when I tried to do that I got a new pop up stating that I need to add my suburb. I have no clue where to add said suburb. ...
I'm having the same issue, although i cant for the life of me see where or how I add my suburb. I just keep getting a trademe pop up saying I need to update some things. But it doesn't say or show what needs updating. All of my information is correct. And when I go to add a new listing I get a pop up saying I need to add a suburb. I have no clue where I'm supposed to add said suburb. How did you add the suburb? Very annoying and frustrating, especially after I wasnt able to offer a fixed price on my unsold items for months.
