Account Balance vs Ping Balance

Now that we are paying by ping or creditcard, what happens to the account balance that was previously used for sellers' fees which are no longer.

Our TradeMe account credit is used in many ways, there are still payment option fees, listing fees, BAC & HVL fees - Refer to the Help file Post below...

Hi, message the team and ask for your account balance to be refunded. Mine was refunded within 24 hours.

who knows how to message the team please.. a while ago instead of paying someone else I deposited more money into my account than I would usually have, didn't matter once - but the due to changes to trademe has meant I only sell locally & not much
