Unable to edit quantity of items - option is missing
Confirmed bug
On the Price & Payment tab of the website listing page, there used to be a Quantity of items field. Very useful is you had 2 or more of the same thing to sell. It's always been missing from the App. But now this field cannot be found on the webpage as well. This effects existing listings set up before the Success Fee change, and for new listings since the Success Fee change.
I'm using Chrome - updated to latest version.

Kia ora, Multi-Quantity Listings aren't available for listings created in our new system, can you let me know what categories you were looking to list under so we can rule that out. Any screenshots you have would be welcome 🙂

I have an active listing in Toys & Models>Dolls>Barbie>Clothing category which was a multi-quantity listing prior to the success fee change. I went to make a new listing using the 'Sell Similar' option realised that the mutli-quantity option was not there, but the 'When the buyer purchases more than one of this item' option was still showing.

Not available in Antiques > Stamps > Europe either. using Chrome.
Michelle, when you say "Multi-Quantity Listings aren't available for listings created in our new system", that seems to imply that the facility has been removed deliberately.

I wouldn't think so westham60. Unfortunately there is quite a list of things that can't yet be done in the new system.
For those that need MQL as a definite necessity I would recommend My Products. Trade Me's free listing tool. It's all working well over there, and has other advantages as well.

This has been a problem for well over a year, unfortunately.
There's a multitude of technical glitches are everywhere, or perhaps they are changes we are no advised about until they cross our paths and trying to make completion of trade.

I'm trying to list items in Home & Living / Outdoor, garden & conservatory / Plants & trees / Tropicals
(using Chrome) and the quantity option has gone. This is a recent problem for me.

The Quantity field appears back on the Desktop site - Edge Browser - Double check your Chrome Browsers - Cheers.

I can see it back in Chrome now, but it is now in Auctions as well as Buy Nows, which I don't think is correct.

You should be able to do MQL auctions as well as buynows westham60. I use it often. :)
